This little cottage located on a working farm has a living room, kitchen with stove and refrigerator, bathroom with shower only (no tub). There is an enclosed patio/ sunroom. Heat/air, off street uncovered parking, small yard area (not fenced). A pet may be allowed however not ideal with no fencing.we will post pics soon.
